The organisation is highly ethical in hiring and daily conducts. The overall demographics of the company is very young. Equal male female ratio and an inclusive culture prevails here. Company spends a lot on knowledge and skill development of employees. Work culture is almost best in the world. Depending on the team and department, onshore trips are possible. Work pressure is from less to moderate and rarely high....Read More

RBS pays well to outside hires. Internal promotions will not give a good hike in salary. Growth opportunities are less and politics will happen like every organisation. The mechanism for performance appraisals is not very efficient. Earlier postgraduates were hired for critical process, but now only graduates are being hired. This has diluted professionalism and vintage employees feel at disadvantage....Read More
