Mission and vision of the SOS are quite Nobel. They have a fantastic program structure. They are few among the development sector organization who holds the corporate HR policies. Their program is really very beautiful and meaningful for the beneficiaries. They are committed towards their program and promises.

Dislikes

At sos one cannot think of promotion and career growth. There are coworkers who are quite efficient but instead of promoting them they hire from outside with an average level of competencies. Being a developmental organization I have seen them at many places to be very insensitive and inhuman with their employee and beneficiaries. Beurocratic working culture is another big issue in the organization. People at the mid and higher level are even sometimes less competent and less knowledgeable than the lower level in many terms. If you want to kill your personal life and want to lose all your gained exposure, then SOS is the best place to work in. The working environment is highly unprofessional and brain harrassing. I worked in SOS Jammu but never got satisfied with my job role.
