The environment is very friendly and motivated. I have worked with many organisations but I think there is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn. I am into Canada Immigration consultation division. Incentives are good and they pay salaries on time. I think it was a good decision of mine to join this organisation and I am earning better than before.

Dislikes

I think a little politics sometimes but I can handle that and it’s almost everywhere. I can be wise and avoid that.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
