There is no regard for honesty and is very difficult to work in an organization where percentage of top officials are not honest and don't even bother to listen and give opportunity to express the true facts.Majority of corrupt officials don't let honest people to survive.

Dislikes

There is heavy politics and the chamcha's rule who do nothing but enjoy at the cost of few people who are devoted to their work.
