Salary Appraisal is mediocre. Reimbursement Policy needs MD approval. thats a tough 1 to get and sometimes embarrassing for 500rs. Hr Management is not good as too many followup and HR is relied totally on job security. Insurance process is tedious

They supported me by not paying a bit througout lockdown they kept calling us for work we refused as they didn't give us any payment during lockdown they refused to give work from home they had no laptop to gives its employees for working they kept saying its essential service who would risk their life for 10000Rs Actually its 17000but it seems Hr and 3rd party recuriter are having 7000 I would work after lockdown was raised but as they didn't support us in lockdown I refused to go to work I guess the company did supported its employees but hr and 3rd party recruiters had our share in lockdown...Read More

The company doesn't have pick up or drop nor it has a canteen. The other department doesn't respect front end and there was no proper training provided Hence other department work was given to us as we were freshers and we still had no idea what exactly our work was we couldn't refuse even the senior kept saying this isn't our Job still we have to do it just because he feared he will lose his job if he refused and as unemployment rate is higher he had kept going . There was lot of politics Hr and third party recruiters had their share of 7000 and we had 10000 in hand again taking full advantage of lower employment rate....Read More

Nothing because company is full of old people ruling at the top with old mindset and company is totally dependent on politics of favoratism no new thing the whole company is dependent on excel no proper software to work too much of unwanted pressure.

Dislikes

No growth no new learning annual increment is just a joke you can only survive in this company if come from big reference otherwise it's a hell company and seniors are all time pass they just show that they work but they don't there is soo much to say but words will be less so it's advisable not to join this company with high expectations.
