Dislikes

There is nothing I disliked about NSCS. I, however, would appreciate if the organisation could think over keeping its employees on a permanent basis so that they can get an opportunity to display their loyalty, commitment and hard work over a longer period of time.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
