Company is good and growing rapidly. Compensation is good however additional perks which enhances the satisfaction are missing. Culture needs facelift from all aspects there is huge scope of learning and development as per the global trend's.

The work culture was not at all good. The company treats permanent employee and contract employee differently. Senior employee don't treat junior with respect. The company has boss culture where if you are good with boss they would support you

The company is amazing to work for and a huge part of this comes from the people I worked with. The head of the branch ensured that the company is always employee-centric as he wholly believes that a happy employee will always be a benefit to the company when it comes to working.

Dislikes

The only issue was the space which was resolved after I left the company.
