None.. Double Standard employees work here especially Mohd Kashif who plays mind games with every employee.One fish rots the entire pond same goes for this Institute.

Dislikes

Everything. Owner should take strict action against such employees who degrade other employees, favouritism looks good in Bollywood and Politics but not in an infamous language centre.NIL will loose it's brand image in market for sure if this will continue.

They offer work from home with flexible schedules. This is one of the great benefits with the organisation. You can also work any numbers of hours you want. The training monitoring team will evaluate your every mistake and give your feedback in order to improve your performance as well as your future prospects.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
