Very good improvement in MCH Services like high risk pregnancy tracking and maternal death reviews and child death reviews. Effective VPD SURVEILLANCE and Overall improvement in Patients care. Also focus on QUALITY work. Glad to be part of NHM.

DISPARITY IN VAGES AND SELF RESPECT IN COMPARISON TO HCMS COLLEAGUES . More working hours, more population assigned, more work load and very less paid. Medical Officers are not being taken in service bye laws, no benefits except 5% annual increment. Overall salary falls below Nursing Officers and BAMS Doctor's. THERE SHOULD BE EQUAL WORK EQUAL PAY.

I love the concept of NHM theirs service idea's n all but all are in the paper only . It doesn't has concern on employees life security but agendas are good or even excellent. Ultimate nonsense, Job discrimination is High in NHM !. MBBS Cadre only has job security n all bla bla benifits under NHM. There is no basic facilities for NHM employees and working institution. For example in District level hospital or taluq hospital, PHC and CHC importantant is rural services like Subcentres and its employees, ASHAS are victims even newly joined CHO cadre facing lot of issues, like Basic facilities not provided on time , fund are being. Misutilised by higher authorities. They dont have service oriented mindset. All the shits are happening but no one can question them. Influence of higher authorities with political is big enough.
