Fully satisfied as I am in NHM since last 12 years. Now i am in a New position i. e. Assistant Manager IEC-BCC and Training, after going through proper recruitment process of public advertisement. I feel immense happy to work with passion and sincerity. Never ever try to get any position by making others happy or doing chamchagiri.

Should have a policy of promotion to next level after certain year of service.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
