It was nice working with MMU... exposure of patients in remote area was very good... helping them with consultation and inter sectoral coordination was amazing.

No job security. No personal protection. Any lahman can come n beat you even if u no fault. Except doctor all other jobs are recruited by corruption and politics. (As vacancies of doctors are more as compared to no of applicants) Salary is such a terrible.
