It's worst employees in higher level company is very good but some employees ex Dr Krishna Murthy not good they dnt have minimum knowledge but they are in general manager position but they are doing typist work no knowledge on chemistry simply they are pillars in Natco those peoples are main cause to develop the Natco first' of all they remove from Natco company wil grow than the Dr Reddy's

Main HR Anand sorry to say he is not HR admini department is there no hr manager he is chowdary caste chowdary group is there every day he is spoken to chow batch who ever cleaning person came in 1990 that person became a HR he dnt know minimum HR policies he dnt know the HR meaning first' he wil remove employees are very good every employee feel happy
