Its a good company who not just focus on sales but also career development of people who work withbthem. There is great transperancy throughout the heirarchy. Targets are challenging but achievable and rewarding. Management is supportive and never hesitate to have feedback from ground level. HR, and HO management is excellent.

Dislikes

Limited therapeutic coverage as far sa products and speciality coverage is concerned.

Overall work experience is good. Not too much of sales pressure. Lucrative incentive schemes. Oppertunity to grownis very high.
