Team was well coordinated during my working time ,Training sessions were excelents at all levels time to time. People's hygiene needs were been taken care of in terms of salaries(yearly revised) travel expenses (revised based upon inflation and if you ask me about job security personally I felt I was enjoying my life like any thingin the company and when you are on your budgets month after month aligned with company core value you will always be secured and appraised .i won't comments on politics part as it is inherent in Indian, will come in existence. Every thing was up-to the expectations. Innovation in CHc was a missing link in terms of bringing newer molecules. Except one brand Depura which we got an opportunity to Launch. So some newer extensions can be think of to take this division to newer hight as neutraceuticals always remained a growing sector. Thanks.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It had one of best culture, job security, skill development, work satisfaction, average salary package.

Dislikes

No promotion opportunity, currently going through transformation no one knew what's next step in transformation. Salary increment from last 4 years is minimal. Below par salary package. Skill development is zero . Don't even have training and development department anymore . Frequent changes in working environment. No clarity, whether Sanofi will continue its operations in India.
