A great place to learn without expectation. You can explore all trades without any restrictions.

Dislikes

Salary is held back for first month. No proper leave salary. Mostly dominating. Doesn't care about the employees outside a family. Since it's family owned business. The benefits limits only to those in that family. Remaining all would be stranded. No respect for education, qualifications and moreover labour law. Especially in Saudi, the law is what they decide it is.

During work, it's filled with challenges. The management is so inhumane that it won't bother your weekly off and would call on for duty, where if you fail, they deduct your wages for work attended days, legally. No labour support from govt. Of

Work culture is literally non existent. Managers treat you like shit and forces you to do overtime even there is no benefit for overtime jobs.

Dislikes

Mostly people. Managers and other authorities don't give two damn about anyone. Nobody ever considers any employee as humans. People there generally lack empathy.
