No Basic facilities mainly canteen. No flexibility in notice period for a single day. No ontime Increment means will be not given in April salary and if resigned arrears or increment letter also not given. This is not good.....

Nothing is like in this company, worst HR team they are not care and focus on employees safety and benefits.

Dislikes

HR team not giving any facility to employees no safety nothing, once any one join this Company their worst days start here all are suck employees blood, but no safety and nothing, even one small brisket also they are deduct from employees account, no uniform, no show, no safety if any body interested to work here bring all safety equipment from your own money.

Worst company ever seen in my career, no job security and that bleddy RK HR is worst than worst HR manager. They entertain all type of activities (drinks in canteen n cooking) If anyone join this company means he I'll forgot all his knowledge and no salary hike n no freedom for work.. The very worst thing is 3month notice period andit may change for 4-6month in future days this is all bcoz of money.. while releasing we need to pay. I suggest don't join this company....Read More
