Nash, Nagaruru is a good company but NPD managers are worst.

NPD managers don't know how to manage team leaders.They are making foolish top management by attending 3/4 meetings/day and showing NPD-MIS to top management, those are also taken from Team leaders. Taking Lakhs of salary not even interacting with customers.One of NPD manager taken my job by frustrating and demotivating me. I am praying to God same should be happened with him.If U have position don't use it to spoil any one career else one day u will be spoiled.I am so surprised that after 16/17 years of exp people are having these type of mentality.First U be a good human being then will be a Manager....Read More
