I wish there was an option for zero star in the rating section, I would have selected that.

The management lies blatantly. Project delay and blame game is a common thing here. In the factory, people sit on operation panels (with the machine running) and drink chai. 99.99% of people get jobs on sifarish. Most managers are someone's brother/ uncle/ sister. The managers have no knowledge and treat their subordinates very shabbily. If you get job through proper interview process (very rare case in Nash) , be ready to be disappointed and humiliated. You will be shocked/surprised by the extreme level of dumbness which is prevalent in this company. There is no system, work flow, management. Everyone is clueless about where things are going. When the customer complains one month after project delay, then the managers wake up and start playing blame game. NASH boasts about its employee retention rate as 99% The truth is that employees here are so below average that they can't find job any where else. So they have no option to remain stuck here. If you are hard-working and above average in ANY way, don't join because they will make your life hard. The company culture is "Time Pass and Chai Pani"<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Don't expect to learn something or have career growth</mark>. You will not learn anything. My suggestion: Join this company if you have no job in hand or if you are in the last phase of your career. If you want to have career plans in future, then don't join NASH. They might pay a bit more, but trust me with that also its not worth it. You will regret joining this "bad company"....Read More
