There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And not good for freshers because of there is no training for freshers.

Worst Company – Stay Away! This company is a scam that takes money from students with false promises of placements. Once they get the money, they don’t care about the students or their future. For employees, it's a complete disaster. No salary benefits, no proper leave policy, and zero job security. They can fire you without any notice, and they treat employees with no respect. Office politics is everywhere, making it impossible to grow. On top of that, they engage in suspicious financial activities, secretly crediting large amounts into employee accounts for unknown reasons.
