For employees, it's a complete disaster. No salary benefits, no proper leave policy, and zero job security. They can fire you without any notice, and they treat employees with no respect. Office politics is everywhere, making it impossible to grow. On top of that, they engage in suspicious financial activities, secretly crediting large amounts into employee accounts for unknown reasons.
