Leadership skills, no defined process & no KRA aswell..it was people oriented & not process oriented.lacking professionalism.Employees who have been there for couple of years see the new experienced employees as threat and hindrance for their own growth..hence they spread negativity ,creating a hostile environment for others.. it happened more only in the process I belonged..not in other processes in the department....Read More
