Like working in a govt hosp... nobody questions you so no pressure in that way..if u keep on doing your work quietly you can stay in the company for years together..nobody cares actually.unlike other corporate hospitals

Overwork ..no appreciation and instead you are made a scapegoat in case of any issue. Salary is less than market standards.
