Very poor management of medical college, it was more of a school. Very poor environment for career growth and learning. Appraisals not as per the amount of work done. All these can be made right unless there are good seniors, good principal and good academics in charge. The senior staff had sub standard subject knowledge.The principal had no idea about the subject and very poor management of college. Work Details

As such I used to love taking classes and have good interaction with students. But other than class hours work place was very boring. The medial college was more of a school. No recognition for hard work. No growth. Students were spoon-fed in all subjects

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
