The most toxic culture of academical industry can be seen here. People are insecure as their is less scope for career developments, skill developments and learning. similar to any other corporate culture, its also based on favoritism, nepotism and buttering. On top of that its expected from you to serve/answer calls (from students parents) on out of business hours and they are not going to pay for that, also in the cases of long zoom calls/classes you need to burn your mobile data. but there is no security for job .so many political is going on there is no respect to the teachers . There is nobody looking how the teacher is working. If co- ordinator is don't like the teacher his making lot of problems to the teachers .inbetween teachers lot of partiality .
