The only positive approach of our organisation is ample updated work shops that enhance our skill as a teacher. But as an employee there is little chance of growth. Salary structure is poorest of the poor. During pandemic more than half of the academic staffs have been asked to go for leave without payment and the remaining staffs are getting half salary.
