While my experience at Nangia was predominantly positive, there were few areas that could be improved:
Salary and Benefits: The salary and benefits by the firm were average compared to industry standards. There is room for improvement in terms of compensation to align with the levels of expertise and contribution of employees.
Company Culture: While the firm culture is generally positive, there were instances where decision seemed to be driven by one individual rather than a collective approach. This can sometime lead to challenges in adopting best practices and fully leveraging the potential of the team.
Promotion/Appraisal: The promotion and appraisal process at Nangia was average.

There is nothing to be liked here, its just a company that tries to be the best or be in top 10 consultancy firm but in reality it is just a third class company with terrible management.
Dislikes
Work hours are very inconvenient, they think they have purchased or basically bought their employees, they make them do work like donkeys in a jungle , there is no support, no appreciation for any work you do, there is complete frustrating peoples working on stealing credits, especially risk advisory sector is the worst here, trust me guys you deserve better.
