No increment of payment. Payment skills poor. Housekeeping staff is not good. Staff shifting to other departments if not patient in our ward and treated very bad. Yearly leave plans is not satisfied.

It’s very clean hospital , very polite and skilled senior doctors and you get to learn a lot. Has good work life balance.

Salary given to RMO doctors is very less as compared to gov standards They make you work in rotation manner which exceeds 48 hours / week ( as mentioned on contract ) Salary credited on 9 th of every month which is pretty late.
