Hello all, let me tell you first that during my two and a half months tenure there was a day when the founder himself said, (well let me quote it for you) “I don’t care about the glass door or ambition box reviews”. He does whatever he wants! I was laid off and that too on the 29th of a month with 31 days in it. There is no process followed, new rules come up everyday because of course there is no clear vision. Only reason I used to get the motivation to go to office everyday was because of my fellow team mates.
