I strongly not recommended If manager name is Sunil surywanshi. Very dislike and unprofessional organisation. This one is family business. No HR policies. After serving notice period they don't provide any release letter and settlements documents. Don't go for interview it's totally waste of time and money. Very unprofessional behaviour of employees and employer. No job securities. They fired you any time. And design manager always gives you threats of fire job discontinue. Mobile not allowed. This is not a company this is a family business. Working in this company like a Mahabharta. Director is Dritrashtra there are 2-3 shakunis like plant head, Hr and others. Sone are karna and some are pandwas. AND EVERYONE KNOWS DHRITRASHTRA ALWAYS LISTEN OF SHAKUNI.

Good Training Good support from management

Strict timing (salary will cut even if 5 min late) No cellphone allowed (what's the point of living) No Bonus on CTC but on basic pay (Your year of hard work..Think again) And of course HR (I have doubt if he truly is or am I just talking to deaf person)
