This company is having their family business, only growth of their family do trust on employees, Laalajee company no fixed policy, MD is very selfish person, short minded peoples, not giving service to customers properly, they thug people's very much worst policy for employees, don't gave proper compainsetion to employees. Many employees registered cases on them.

I strongly not recommended If manager name is Sunil surywanshi. Very dislike and unprofessional organisation. This one is family business. No HR policies. After serving notice period they don't provide any release letter and settlements documents. Don't go for interview it's totally waste of time and money. Very unprofessional behaviour of employees and employer. No job securities. They fired you any time. And design manager always gives you threats of fire job discontinue. Mobile not allowed. This is not a company this is a family business. Working in this company like a Mahabharta. Director is Dritrashtra there are 2-3 shakunis like plant head, Hr and others. Sone are karna and some are pandwas. AND EVERYONE KNOWS DHRITRASHTRA ALWAYS LISTEN OF SHAKUNI.
