There rule of giving 12 holidays a year, the culture of making employees do overtime unnecessarily, poor work allotment, undefined roles, no policy for employee benefit or anything which can give motivation or satisfaction to employee

If you a student and you want to continue your education after office you get no disturbance & you balance your booth from here. Also working environments is very lite work with freely no over burden pressure.
