You just get experience of working in paper industries thats all.

Wrost management ever.zero percentage of job security.i think the contract workers should get more wages then staff person.there are lots of employee get only get 12k per month only.I think the owner of company get wrong details about employee by management or owner is very careless about There employee.now recently management askedto work 12 hours (8=work and 4 hours overtime) and when we get salary they deducted overtime money.there was lot's of problems in this industries.you have to come on your weekly off as well as on holiday like holi, raksha Bandhan, diwali.it my advice don't ever join N.R Unit 5 ever if wannabe happy life...Read More

Below gm there is no value in this plant as increment is not given on assessment basis.Moreover much more than talent it's based on likes and dislikes.

Maintenance of electrical equipments related to paper machine,voith dip and etp.Also troubleshooting and miniziming downtime,expenditures control,new projects commissioning.
