During the first COVID-19 lockdown where nobody allowed to come out of their houses, sales people were forced to visit the outlets of which I felt terrible and fearful to do. They threatened to remove our job if we deny to do it. They even pushed us to get the fake medical pass for the outlet visit purpose. Without any social responsibility the management supplied the Cement during the entire lockdown period. Though it is a Private Limited Company the management behaves like a proprietorship firm. As a sales employee the TA, DA will make you laugh in this company which I sometimes don't even claim....Read More
