1. Work pressure - Daily you will need to work for 10-11 hours 2. Salary Problem - They are over-smart as they will include most of your salary in variable part and that you will get 50%-50% twice a year and at the time of disbursement of bonus, they will show inefficiency issues to not giving you 100% of your variable part.
