Myntra is not what it used to be all the experienced folks across the office say. It is highly understaffed and sadly you are blamed for delays in the work. Would you like to join a company that doles out a 1% hike? You may think your weekends are free. However, they are not, 5 days of work is a joke.

You need to solely rely on your peers as there is no L&D department. There is a lot of micromanagement. Please don't join the watches and wearables, toys, gourmet team headed by Ankit Sharma.
