1-There is huge difference in terms of Pay parity at same designation with same experience people will see a difference of 3-5L difference in CTC 2-Work life balance is bad. Company doesn’t hire as per requirements certain teams will have additional manpower of 2-3 people and certain te am will have only 2-3 people to handle whole brand. That leads to a lot of work pressures....Read More
