If I talk about team mate they all are very supportive, will give proper training, if you will work will stay long, good company for career, salary is good as per employee standards, work environment is good too.

What I don't like in company is company is not providing any medical insurance or health insurance because employees who are in sales departments they attends clients and travel one place to another ,there are highly risk in that ,

I have loved the company when I worked. and every month I achieved my target 80-85%. But after 2yrs my seniors said to me give the resignation and said there is not a single performance in a company since the last 1yr. And when I asked If there is not my performance from last one year, then, "Why You Didn't tell me to give resignation". I was ready to give all my performance data, But in the end, Zonal Head said, "HE can't do anything". Because there are the seniors of Mumbai "Mr. Vikram Alva and Mr. Harminder Singh", said for the resignation, they are pressurized me to give take the resignation of Ankit Kumar Sales Executive. so now The company is not good for me....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
