I have loved the company when I worked. and every month I achieved my target 80-85%. But after 2yrs my seniors said to me give the resignation and said there is not a single performance in a company since the last 1yr. And when I asked If there is not my performance from last one year, then, "Why You Didn't tell me to give resignation". I was ready to give all my performance data, But in the end, Zonal Head said, "HE can't do anything".
