During civid 19 . There are more than 10 people who are effected with covid-19 in my area where I live that situation my senior ask me to come to office or leave the job at that situation. So I don't have option to go to office because my area was seal .but some how I manage to go to office.in muthoot fincorp each and every senior think his junior is nothing

Senior people think that muthoot fincorp is his own company they my rules according to them not according to muthoot fincorp and HR also impliment according to tem there is no HR policy in muthoot fincorp they don't even listen junior asking from the junior is another thing
