Nothing they are fraud,,, they will sign u 2 years bond during this 1 year will be your notice period during one year u can only take 1 leave in one month...they are sit I worked in many organizations but haven't seen fraud like this. During worst condition of covid when anything is shut they asked to their employees to came In office in case u are not able to do they asked u continue work from home they will manage end atlast they don't give u salary. As u have signed 2 years bond so in case u are planning to leave organization you have to submit 2 months salary. They are treating their employees like animals no work culture at all behaving like school. U don't carry your mobile phones in work premises and submit it. Sometime they will not allow you take your leave even u are not feeling well. No flexibility of timings at all u have to report sharp 9 in case u will late 1 sec apply half day leave. In sort beware before joining it. At beginning they were very sweet once u joined And submit your bond doc they will create a lot of problems in your survival....Read More
