First of all working culture is very bad, although staff is coperative but higher management just want number's results only profit,they don't have lunch timing for staff if customer is visiting continue then you make it confirm that you wouldn't do lunch that day, Salary structure is very poor as per working hours you have to work for minimum 9 hrs upto ,10 depend on work and you get less then a daily wager labour,I won't suggest this company for someone who want to get growth in his life and his career because you will hardly get enough Salary to make your expenses meet.This company is only good for people with less experienced and less knowledge of work....Read More

Salary always on time last date of month.

Dislikes

Regional office staffs are not here to support you and management is also in support of regional office staff. Working culture is not good no one is there to listen your problems. It team and software are not well efficient. I would refer others to plz jst work for 1 or 2 years in the company to get some experience only.
