Branch staffs are cooperative. Pressure is low as compared to banks and other NBFCs if your branch has customer walking.

1.Salary is very low as compared to industry and other companies. 2.RO management are worst. They will not pick your call even if customers is shouting on you for their loan closure. 3.Branch staffs have to listen customers abusive language because they have closed accepting all kinds of online payments and also did not give virtualaccount to customers on time. 4. Their os nothing to like in the company

They are paying nothing or say negligible amount to their employee or their is nothing like overtime in the company even if they force you to stay in the branch till 8 pm in the evening. They force you to stay in the branch after working hour for VC and do other job but pay u nothing for the same . They pay overtime to their guard only so you think what your standard in company. They pressure you to do multiple things but didn’t gave you promotion even you are eligible to get promotion and appraisal in the same department in other companies so you can see the difference by your self. They only love their profit they even not tell what kind and how they calculate about incentive. They just gave you silly replies you have fixed incentive , we have a call centre team they do the hard work but when you raise the same question after a week they are be like you have to do this we will assure you that we will definitely give you incentive but this is again a lie from management. You have to visit branch on holiday even it is holiday declared by company on paper to check branch lock and shutter no security guard deployed on holiday. They will not gave you a single rupee in the form of TA. They open their branch on Sunday or gave you this news just 2-3 hour before you leave the office as per them you doesn’t have any plan or any family to spend time on Sunday. And my prayer is that Sudhir Namdev should resign from his post. Because he gives money to his friend Raju Soni Businessman from his branch without any interest and without accepting any gold.

So many leaves are you have but officer not sanctioned the leaves Nowadays customers also suffering the gold loan releasing transaction after 3 days 🙏 we request to create a virtual 🆔 but officer is saying not given a big today 😔 present situation is very bad in our some regions

The worst company I have ever seen.companies motive only for increasing the profit and AUM.mostly they prefer to work even on sundays.they think that employee has not family or personal life.normally the working time is 9:30 to 6:00 but we should come to branch on 8:00 to 7:30.thre is no extra payment or benefit for extra time. The superior persons are not support for increasing the business and complete our target and pushing the OTC products at the time of releasing the incentive or bonus.they think that they should pay the incentive to employees but tomorrow they push to login the OTCs.there is no chance to convince the customers for the products because such a worst products they are cross selling.unable to handle the pressure from the superiors the employees login the products using their own cash and become a debtor.this is the reality in muthoot finance.the incentive structure may vary from the performance of the employees like when we perform poorly they should increase the payout per product but we perform better they should decrease the payout per product....Read More

Worst company, don't give incentive and making scam to their customers and the muthoot branch behaviour was very bad and our senior was not supported all the time they forced to achieve Target, if any chance you don't achieve Target they hold your salary and always cut some amount from salary the work environment was very bad, no clean drinking water I suggest don't do work in this company
