Working in the company feels very good because seniors help in every problem and work gets completed before time

There is no travel facility for the staff at the workplace and there is a canteen but the food is not good

Work load is more. Less staff manpower in production department.for example there in three lines but only one shift engineer for these line. Daily Very difficult to handle three lines by one person. Mentally harassment by HOD & plant head.

Candidly speaking,There is nothing which i like of this company...

Construction is ok,company's repution in market is also good but if u asked me to rate something out of 10 i will go for negative rating. There is no job security at all. Inside politics are at its peak.my overall experience was too bad.u wi get 0 worklife balance there.they dont pay u extra but force u daily to work for 4hrs morewithout pay. No career growth inside.no one will get satisfied with ur work.i have seen many peoples who lost their job without any reason. They just dont care even if someone is serving them since 10 years. They kick them.No outer activities takes place by company during my time. Fooding from cantine also bad (3*/10*). Company doesnt provide any facility to staff.
