There is lot of politics amd the management doesn't address our issues. Proper process flow is not there, no growth in salary as well as designation or position as expected from a big group, no clear communication from any head, no proper channel of communication in any department and many more.......

Work Details

The job is quite interesting as I was in Secretarial Department. I struggled a bit in the beginning as I was fresher and there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
