Hectic! There is nothing called team work there except for the design studio team who get paid ridiculously higher than any senior level accountant there. Specially Bosses here doesn't treat everyone equally. Too much politics

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
