Best company I've worked at, Longest duration I've stayed with a company is here. All because of a cool work culture and having proper process in place. Unlimited WFH options were available (even before Covid) - but they do not provide a job stating 'Permanent WFH'. Each team has people with proper roles and responsibilities defined- Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team Lead, Senior and Junior Developers, Proper Testers. Leads perform 50% Management activity and 50% Individual role - so they take 5 points worth of work each sprint. Awesome Work life balance. Friday evenings no meetings. Based on project, tech stack and appraisal hike % varies - it is obvious, so not much of a con. But being placed in a low revenue product or region, could impact your hike %. I was hired with a decent hike, got decent hikes when within org, hike during promotion was below average, but still not too bad. After Covid, other companies were hiring for huge hikes, and this was not normalized here, so me and a few others had to leave since we have got great hikes outside - no other reason to leave....Read More
