Frequent firing ironically more than number of hiring and you can’t leave the company as there is bond of 4.5 years with 10 lakh penalty. So they fire you whenever they want to but you cant leave any time you want to.

It was a first corporate experience, a young average age of 23 just means a family like feeling of we are in this together feeling.

It's 'place' or 'company' over 'people' approach from top guys. Loyalty probably won't be valued with you more likely however long you are part of the journey.

It’s poorly managed and there is no job security even though they have terrible bond of 4 years. It just depends on them when to fire. Perks are almost nothing. Timings are fixed. No diwali bonus. Lot of work to be done with less resources.
