Wonderful people to work with. Unluckily not everyone gets the same kind of work, a lot of people end up working on problems way more complicated than others. Still, everyone is equally paid. It can be a pro and a con as well.
All in all, a great place to start your career at with loads of learning.
Dislikes
Work life balance goes for a toss on a lot of occasions.
Management needs to address issues which our brought to them rather than dodging them.
Salary is way less than the industry standard.

The peer group is the best you can wish for. Work is nice - some days challenging, other days chill. Mu Sigma gives a wonderful launchpad to a college graduate's career.
Dislikes
Pay is quite low for a place like Bangalore. The leadership team is quite incompetent and not employee-friendly, which means their decisions make other employees suffer, e.g., clocking 9-hours of time every day, even if you are sick to avoid penalty. Mu Sigma leadership would 'ask' employees to voluntarily resign just before bonus or hike....Read More
