The transition during Covid has enabled a lot of new age automation leverage and also work from home is much cozy and easily managing work . Timely checks by HR and medical emergency updates have also made life a bit easier

The best part about working with MTR is that as a ASM I get the exposure of handling multiple categories be it masalas, instant mixes, ready to eat, beverages, confectionery and what not so opportunities for learning are immense. There is no politics as such in the company. Work environment encourages learning but work life balance is poor. Appraisals are not good at any level and most of the employees are being underpaid and working overtime. If one is in South then MTR is really good company to work for but in other zones it's just average....Read More

What I dislike the most if absence of new systems and processes. Company is working on older systems and following archaic processes. Moreover the manpower is quite less for the kind of categories and geographies we operate in so pressure is immense.
