Working in MTR for last 9 years.Work culture very good.Very supportive colleagues and management.The management is very transparent and always there in need or crisis situation.It has now become my 2nd family.

The organisation structure is very flat.Difficult to go to next level. Also RND here works on Saturday whereas in major MNC s it is holiday.
