Branch staff are always cooperative. It is the management which makes it worse. The number of students accommodated in each classroom far exceed its capacity. Branches are shifted every year.

Delayed payments, Reduced hours for every chapter since pandemic resulting in overshooting of topic where you have to take extra lecture to complete and you are not paid for that extra lectures. Hardly one hour lectures per day for faculties since pandemic but have collected full fees from students.

Salary is delayed by around 2 months. Although workshops lead to skill enhancement, but, they are unpaid & mostly extend the whole day. Lot of traveling (sometimes to inconvenient areas) & the expense is to be borne by the employees. Extensive nepotism when it comes to promotion/salary hike & leverage.
